White Knuckle Chili

Roanoke Valley H.O.G.'s famous White Knuckle Chili is a perennial crowd favorite at the Virginia State Chili Championship Cook Off each year in downtown Roanoke. A short video of our efforts on Saturday, May 5.

Chop Chop

Before the Roanoke Valley Harley Owners Group can make their award-winning chili for the Virginia Chili Cook Off each year in Roanoke they must first have a chopping party to cut up all the ingredients.
